Jenny Davidson-Goldbronn, MA, ACC is a valued executive coach, facilitator, organizational strategist, and fundraiser whose success is grounded in a life-long commitment to mission-driven work. She is known for her authenticity, a unique blend of humility, courage, and humor that puts the individuals and teams with whom she works at ease.
Davi-Gold, LLC emerged out of Jenny’s personal commitment to transformation from the inside out which translates to the individuals she coaches and the organizations she helps amplify. She considers herself privileged to work with incredible people doing inspiring work.
Prior to launching her firm, Jenny held leadership roles at some of Los Angeles’ preeminent institutions, including UCLA AIDS Institute within the David Geffen School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation. Her formative journey as a Teach for America Corps member brought her to Los Angeles where she taught in a bilingual classroom in Compton.
In addition to serving Davi-Gold LLC clients, she is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a coaching and consulting firm that partners with investors, boards, and leaders across a range of industries to build the human capital capabilities to deliver on strategy and accelerate growth.
Jenny has a strong commitment to the LGBTQ+ community at large, as consultant, lay leader, and donor along with her wife who serves on various boards. She is a very proud Point Foundation mentor and supporter.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brandeis University and a Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and she is certified in the Hogan Assessment tool. She completed the Stanford Business Leadership Series within the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Jenny lives with her wife in West Hollywood, California. When not working, she enjoys baking, writing, creating art and traveling.
Candie Davidson-Goldbronn, MBA
Candie is a strategic fundraising and operations executive with strong acumen in facilitating transformational impact in the philanthropic sector. Blending her unique skills as a consultant, fundraiser and strategist she can articulate vision and project scope, while building consensus with boards, executives and staff.
Candie is regarded as an expert in the field of healthcare advancement, having worked as an executive and consultant for some of California’s leading organizations like Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Dignity Health, Global Genes (Rare Disease Community) and UCLA Health. Past endeavors include strategy and implementation of $1 billion campaign, provided interim development management services, and designed grateful patient and family programs. Her interests and expertise are broad, both in terms of philanthropy and project management.
Candie serves on the Fundraising Operations Committee for Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) and a mentor through the SDSU Aztec Mentor Program. She is a frequent presenter and guest lecture on topics such fundraising best practices, annual giving and major gifts, board and volunteer management, and grateful patient and healthcare fundraising.
Candie holds a Masters Business Administration in Healthcare from Northern Arizona University and Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from San Diego State University. As a lifelong learner she has certificates in Healthcare Leadership from Duke, Social Impact Analysis from +Acumen, Cross-Sector Leadership from Presidio Institute, and Fundraising from University of California, Los Angeles.
Candie lives with her spouse in Los Angeles, California. When not working, she enjoys reading biographies and history, playing and watching sports, traveling, and taking walks with her dog, Chloe.
